Job Summary

As an Account Manager at IGC, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing digital marketing strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and strategic engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach campaigns.
Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and delivering exceptional service.
Account Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize client value and company revenue.
Reporting & Analysis: Track performance of marketing and lead generation initiatives and provide regular reports to management.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and solutions are effectively delivered.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years in a similar client-facing role involving account management, sales, or marketing.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms).
Understanding of B2B sales pipelines and lead nurturing.

Soft Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Client-focused mindset with a drive to exceed expectations.
