Job Summary

We are looking for ambitious and high-performing fresh management graduates (0-1 years experience) to join our dynamic sales team. This is a career-launching opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and business, helping clients adopt cutting-edge AI and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Identification: Support the sales team in identifying potential leads, qualifying prospects, and nurturing strong client relationships.
Value Proposition: Understand and articulate the value of IGC's SaaS products, Software Solutions and Technology Advisory offerings.
Proposal Development: Assist senior sales managers in preparing compelling proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market and industry research to uncover new opportunities and trends in target sectors.
Pre-Sales Support: Contribute to pre-sales activities, including the development of presentations, solution briefs, and facilitation of client workshops.
CRM Management: Ensure accuracy and consistency in CRM entries and sales data to maintain pipeline visibility and support reporting needs.

Qualifications

Education: Completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Strategy, Business Analytics, Technology Management, or a related field from a reputed university.
Experience: Fresh graduate with 0-1 years of experience. Exposure to sales, business development, or consulting environments is an added advantage.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify market opportunities.
Ability to articulate complex technical solutions clearly and effectively.

Soft Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Analytical thinker with a proactive, self-starting attitude.
Growth mindset with eagerness to learn and contribute.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
